Local artists fly a flag for the Kings Road

Have you spotted the colourful curation of flags designed by Chelsea Arts Club members that are now flying across the King’s Road? With summer on the way, these vibrant additions to the area celebrate the amazing artistic community and the buzz of the neighbourhood.

These thirty flamboyant flags are original designs, part of an initial project curated by local, Sarah Delafield Cook to celebrate the end of lockdown. Contributing artists include established names, such as artist Patrick Hughes, printmaker Alan Kitching, cartoonist Stan McMurtry and designer Sue Timney, as well as incredible emerging talent.

Bringing their additional inspiration and colour to the King’s Road, the full list of artists as follows:
