2020 has undoubtedly taught us all the importance of looking after our mental health and wellbeing. With a second lockdown upon us, our wellbeing has never been more important than now to get us through until December. There are plenty of ways you can indulge in some self-care in Chelsea – from online workouts to luxe bath and body treats.

Workout with Toby from Kobox on Instagram each Wednesday

Keep you mind and body fighting fit with weekly workouts from KOBOX. Catch the boutique boxing’s studio trainer Toby Huntingdon-Whitely, live every Wednesday at 6pm over on the King’s Road’s Instagram. Or, if you can’t wait, then you’ll find plenty of workout videos – from core strength to conditioning classes on the King’s Road grid. You can find the programme of upcoming workouts here.

Enjoy a healthier complexion with a virtual facial message from FaceGym

When it comes to workouts, don’t forget about your face! For an online workout with a difference, book into FaceGym’s one-to-one online sessions. Expert trainers will show you how to utilise the power of facial massage to maintain a regular regime that sculpts, lifts, tones and contours your facial muscles for a glowy, taught complexion. Workouts that cost £55 and can be tailored to specific parts of the face, from relieving tension to naturally plumping the lips.

Relax and unwind with a candle from Anthropologie

Create new rituals to end each day with scented candles. Anthropologie’s Floral Press Autumn Amber Candle truly looks as good as it smells, and the gorgeous Boulangerie collection will fill the room with gourmand scents of fresh coffee or musky whipped cream and pear. All available through click & collect – win.

Fill your body with all the nutrients from Juice Baby

Whether popping by to grab’n’go or ordering via Uber Eats, fill your body will so many delicious nutrients in the form of smoothies, juices, booster shots and salads (try their best seller, the Holy Kale Salad). Plus to help kick the afternoon slump, give their ‘Snix’ a go – a healthy ‘Snickers’ bar. You heard it here first.

COVID-19 UPDATE

In line with government guidelines, our shops and restaurants remain open only for essential retail, virtual shopping appointments, takeaway food and click and collect services.

But our Christmas lights are sparkling, the Fine Food market will continue to take place on Duke of York Square’s running track each Saturday (with full safety measures in place) and many of our restaurants will deliver their delicious food to the comfort of your home. Pavilion Road, a stone’s throw away, also remains open and pedestrianised to make your food shopping more pleasurable.
