Since the days of Lockdown #1, King’s Road personal trainer and model, Toby Huntington-Whiteley, has been on hand to keep us fit and sane with weekly home workouts. Each week bringing a something different for us to try, Toby has opened our eyes to life beyond a heavy weights workout to challenge our bodies and up our fitness.
