It’s official, lockdown 2.0 has been announced however it’s crucial for both mental and physical wellness that you keep up your activity levels. So, model and trainer from the King’s Road fitness hub and boxing gym, Kobox, will be bringing you weekly Wednesday workouts over on the King’s Road Instagram to get your sweat on from home. Each week will be different so no risk of boredom – find the programme below for your diaries.
