A modern French bistro concept consisting of a menu curated around French classics with an international touch inspired by the travel of friends Francois Roldan (executive chef patron) and Jonathon Vercoutere (co-patron).

The a la carte menu showcases the patron’s creativity, with classic French dishes such as Saucisson served with cornichon and Grandma’s coquillettes, a rich and decadent pasta dish served with oozing Comte cheese, winter truffle and ham. More adventurous dishes, inspired by the pair’s travels include baby rooster with features Basquaise shasouka and Seabass ceviche.
