F45 offers thousands of exercises, customised training systems, circuit movement patterns, timing modules and workouts that change on a daily basis. Integrated technology is a key aspect of the systematic aesthetic – with the same video workout demonstrations and F45 DJ playlists played across all studios. Its drawing capacity is its 45-minute session that combines high-intensity interval training (HIIT), functional training and circuit training. The fusion of interval, strength and cardiovascular training is targeted at burning fat while building lean muscle.
Programmes are constantly being created and changing, with more than 36 different workout experiences. Everyday at F45 Chelsea is very different. Monday/Wednesday/Friday are typically most cardio based HIIT sessions; Tuesday and Thursday are more resistance based and slow paced. Saturday is a one-hour “Supercircuit” made up of 27 cardio and resistance stations when you can burn up to 1,000 calories!
All fitness levels are welcome, so don’t be intimidated if you’ve never done anything like this before. Our main focus at the moment is keeping our training as safe and socially distant as possible, so please be reassured that everything is being managed under new COVID-guidelines.
