Spotlight, 15 August 2019
With Extinction Rebellion’s marches, Greta Thunberg’s rallying cries to politicians and plenty of brands – from Waitrose to Nestlé – pledging to seriously reduce single-use plastics, 2019 so far has been a force for sustainable change.
Now the Sustainable Lifestyle Awards (SLAs) – the first of its kind in the UK – are making it a cause for celebration. Empowered by a ‘dedication to do things better’, the SLAs recognise the critical role that future-thinking businesses, content creators and individuals play in driving positive change within their industries.
Including Gift & Lifestyle Brand, Children’s Brand and Person of the Year – plus many more – there are 21 categories in total, and you can enter or nominate someone for more than one.
The winners will be chosen by an expert panel of judges from the likes of Harvey Nichols, TRAID, Anthropologie and more industry professionals.
Not only is winning a category recognition of hard work and a strong, sustainable offering, but each winner will receive support, guidance or mentorship from judges and sponsors to help them continue their conscious craft.
